Many design firms or agencies charge extra for rush projects that require work hours outside of the regular schedule. A correct design project quote should never lead the client or team astray. To deliver on what is promised, two-way communication between the two should be realistic and transparent. As a result, once the quotation is completed, we prefer spending time with the client to gain a better understanding of their brand or business. We then present the client with a few samples or options before proceeding with their preference. With a lot of design tweaking and refining to make it the best. We prepare print-ready artwork after obtaining client approval for the final designs, and it is then ready to go to print or use graphics online.

Every job is unique, and every deadline is important. We never make any compromises when it comes to providing quality work to our clients. It's not just about completing a design project; it's about the quality of the finished product. We are very open with our clients about the work timelines. Designing is a task or assignment that requires adequate time to incorporate creativity into your work, followed by proofreading or a final check. If the client has a tight deadline, we will do our best to complete the task within that time frame. We, of course, advise and guide them throughout the process. We have yet to miss a deadline and have no plans to do so in the future!

A mock up design is a visual representation of the finished product. In short, it is a sample of work for an idea that, if approved, will be carried out in the future. So, to answer your question, we do not do speculated work for free. However, you are always welcome to review our portfolio to determine whether our style and capabilities are appropriate for your brand's project.

We can share the soft copies of the files in drive, including all the high resolution PDFs for print, once the final design is approved and we have received the final payment.
